Free plans offer all of the same features as paid plans and don't require a credit card on sign up.
Yes. Each team creates a unique GetaFile domain for use in file URLs (e.g. myteam.getafile.online).
Custom domains can also be linked to those files (e.g. assets.yourdomain.com), allowing you to promote your brand in URLs and utilize features provided by your DNS provider.
GetaFile calculates bandwidth usage (i.e. data transmission) each time a file is downloaded from file storage. Files accessed from file cache don't count towards bandwidth usage. The total bandwidth resets on the 1st day of each month, as per your subscription.
Your files will continue to serve via the URLs, and our support team will contact you to discuss your requirements. You should update your plan if the bandwidth allocation is exceeded for an extended period.
A file is sourced from file storage and then cached in memory until a new version is created. GetaFile's file cache does not affect your bandwidth usage. The serving of files also use browser cache, allowing users to avoid redownloading files (like images and videos) while in cache unless the file version changes.

GetaFile currently has two regions available to choose from, US and AU. All storage and processing of data and files is performed within the region you select on registration. Please register your interest for EU.
